How I feel lately. My trainer says :
My day to day !
Breakfast: 4 egg whites some bacon toast(not keto) but I have a slice of no salt Ezekiel bread and 1cup of veggies
Protein shake/ vanilla whey 2 handfuls of ice and 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (blue diamond)
Snack: 1/4 c. Almonds
Lunch: 2 garlic chicken thigh roasted with cup of veggies (broccoli)
Snack: string cheese
Dinner: 1 pork chop medallion 1c. Of veggies
Really kicking the healthy life into high gear, I am practicing a mostly keto/ paleo diet, I say that because I couple it with extremely crazy HIIT workout sessions four times a week for an hour an half. those are breakfast for the week, egg cups with veggies and bacon, and a protein shake - also there is a keto friendly Nutella Recipie I have yet to try
